I spent weeks trying to cancel my policy. I called and was put on hold or hung up on. My husband called and spent an hour being put on hold and redirected. He finally gave up. I send an email over 15 times and received no response. Today I am on hold again. 1st time today, over 45 min. I called back and was hung up 4 times. Twice by a manager. I called back and was told that I had to talk with someone to cancel. Cannot cancel any other way. I have been on hold now for an hour and a half.
This is the worse customer service ever. They do this so you cannot cancel and they can continue to charge for the service. I will have to dispute it with my Credit Card Co.
I will also contact the Better Business Bureau.
