I wish I could give this company zero stars! This has been my worst moving experience ever, and I've moved many times. A salesperson promised everything and convinced me to pay nearly a 50% deposit. As the moving date approached, I sent multiple emails that went unanswered and left voicemails too. Eventually, the phone numbers stopped working. When I wanted to cancel, believing they were a scam, they finally responded to my emails. I asked for updated pricing since I wasn't taking some items, but they refused to give me a new quote. Everything about them feels shady. I had a representative hang up on me twice. This is a clear bait and switch! Stay away from this company! They have no intention of refunding my money despite providing terrible service. A truly awful experience.
