On October 31, 2025, I signed a contract for a move in December and agreed to pay an initial deposit. After reviewing the contract I received, I became concerned due to several inconsistencies compared to what was explained by the sales representatives. About an hour after signing, I decided to cancel and contacted the company. I spoke with a representative who assured me I could cancel. I followed up with an email stating my intent to cancel. However, on November 4, 2025, the full deposit was withdrawn from my account. When I called the company again, I was informed that the payment couldn't be canceled, but I would receive a refund via a paper check. Later, I received an email confirming my cancellation and that my refund would be processed. Despite this, I've reached out to customer service numerous times to check on my refund status, but the responses have been vague, claiming that processing is delayed. As of January 12, 2026, I have yet to receive my deposit back. I strongly advise against using this service!

Eventually, the company’s contact numbers stopped working. When I wanted to cancel, suspecting a scam, they finally replied to my emails. When I asked for updated pricing due to not taking some items, they refused to provide a new quote. Their practices are entirely untrustworthy. I had a representative hang up on me twice. This is a blatant bait and switch! Avoid this company! They currently have no intention of refunding my money, despite failing to deliver any acceptable service. A truly dreadful experience.

Complete scam! They quoted me $1300 for pickup. I informed the representative of everything listed in my apartment and paid the deposit. When the movers arrived, they demanded an additional $2600, which I refused to pay. The movers left, and I've been trying to get my refund since Saturday without success. This company is terrible, and I plan to report them. They're taking money from hard-working people and refusing to return it.
One star is too generous for this company. Please do not use them. They are scammers who give you one quote and then inflate it drastically on moving day. The customer service is the rudest I've ever encountered. They won’t tell you where your belongings are or when they will be delivered. Avoid this company at all costs.
The service made my move effortless from start to finish. Communication was excellent; I always knew the status of my items, and the movers handled everything with care. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated my belongings as if they were their own. I’d highly recommend them for long-distance moves.
Do not trust this service! They ignore you once they receive your deposit. I attempted to cancel multiple times before my move date, but they ignored every attempt until I contacted my bank. We never used their services after uncovering how they operate. I was promised involvement every step of the way, but once I tried to cancel just days after booking, I never heard from them again. I would not recommend this company at any point. They will ignore you and keep your deposit, acting as if they never received your emails, even with proof.
On pickup day, everything was as efficient as the packing day. The team worked diligently and carefully loaded my belongings into the moving van. After a quick stop at my storage unit, the process was complete. My items were delivered as promised on the second day to my new residence. I received updates on arrival times throughout the process, and everything went according to plan. The unloading team worked well together, focusing on customer satisfaction. Everything went smoothly from the initial meeting to the final delivery.
