I would rate this company zero stars if I could! This has been the worst experience I've ever had, and I've relocated many times. A salesperson made multiple promises and convinced me to pay nearly a 50% deposit. As the moving date neared, I had several questions but received no responses to my emails or calls. Eventually, the company’s contact numbers stopped working. When I wanted to cancel, suspecting a scam, they finally replied to my emails. When I asked for updated pricing due to not taking some items, they refused to provide a new quote. Their practices are entirely untrustworthy. I had a representative hang up on me twice. This is a blatant bait and switch! Avoid this company! They currently have no intention of refunding my money, despite failing to deliver any acceptable service. A truly dreadful experience.
