My belongings were pickup from my home in Maryland on 5/26/25 and I am still waiting for my belongings to arrive to Louisiana. Today is 6/1/25. I've been on hold on for 6 minutes now waiting from a representative to provide updates. Very poor customer service. The last two times I called American Dream Relocation, the representatives stated that my belongings was in a warehouse in New Jersey, waiting on a driver. Very disappointed in this company! As I end this review note, I am still on hold, waiting for someone to pick up the call.
