I have been a member since 1990. I received a notice that they aren't happy with my payments. I have the Delta gold card. If you want more money from me then ask. I would pay more than minium sometimes multiples a month. Now they decided it wasn't enough. Unless I gave them $1500 within a few days they would cut my limit in half. Sorry. I just don't have 1500 sitting in my navel. I called twice to ask if I paid the card off will they reinstate my original limit? I have never been treated so poorly. I should say spoke to? Like I am some dead bet. And rude. Go to the email we sent you. it tells you what you need to do. Really, guess what, the website is no help. I finally found the notice. But where do I put the information you asked for? I figured try the chat. I had the AI, plus two customer service reps. I explained as simply as I could what I wanted. After waiting for 3 min? I was asked all the info I had typed into the little window. I was good and did nott say go back and read what I typed. But then that person was gone. Now Im waiting for a new person. I asked did you read everything? Yes she or he said. Great. Then asked me the questions that I had already given answers to. I responded, I believe you just read my info. But that fell short. They were gone too. I finally walked away since I had a client. I went again, to the site. Finally find I could upload a file. I wrote what I needed figured out how to move it to the computer but nope. Their system doen't reconize that format. I give up
