When using AMEX chat the agents abandon the chat because they have not got the knowledge or the Skills to handle the call , they avoid raising complaint’s and have little or no customer service skills , be aware if your reporting scams or fraud as they have not be trained to deal with these issues,I’ve been a customer for 40 years,this company has hit rock bottom and I now will close my account and so will my partner.
