The Worst Credit Card and Worst Customer ServiceDITCH AMEXI found American express not to defend Fraud when your card has been charged wronglyMy Card was charged wrongly and the company promised to refund the credit back to my account. But to my dismay American Express is not making any effort to ensure that this money is back to my Account . Even though I submitted all the proof and evidence they asked for and they could see where this company promised to refund. Nothing whatsoever has been done to assist. The Charge is sitting on my account and they are telling me they cant do anything but just wait because the other Company is also their customer. I found this unbelievable .Also Amex customer service is very very poor than it used to be.
