I have tried to apply for an amex credit card and was automatically declined by the system. Before applying I took the eligibility test and I passed with no problem, I have no bad credit history, and I have had other past experiences applying for other brand's credit cards with no problem. I called call centre to ask for the reason of the rejection and they couldn't provide the details. From my whole experience it gives me the impression that they don't care about their customers, and maybe it's a good thing that I'm not going to become one. Due to poor customer support I would NOT come back to this brand and would NOT recommend the brand to anyone.
