They promised delivery in 2-3 days to secure my business, took all my belongings, and then suddenly claimed it could take up to 30 days with zero accountability. This is nothing short of holding my things hostage Their sales team sweet-talked me nonstop before pickup, but once they had my stuff, they turned into ghosts or rude agents who couldn't care less about helping me. They are unprofessional, unethical, and operate like a legalized extortion racket. They have caused me an unbelievable amount of stress, mental trauma, and disruption to my life.
