I ordered three mats in early August, two gray, one navy. The two gray arrived very quickly. The navy did not. I emailed and called to ask about the missing mat, they said they'd get right on it. A few days later I received ANOTHER gray mat. I called again and asked for the navy mat, and they sent me TWO MORE GRAY MATS!! In all of my communications I was polite and respectful, though I nicely suggested that they needed to work on their QC and/or customer service. I was finally referred to a man named Ed Huylebroeck , who was rude and unapologetic. He threatened to cancel my order for the navy mat (for which I had long since paid them) if I did not IMMEDIATELY mail back the three incorrect gray mats! He REFUSED to correctly fulfill my order until I RETURNED and corrected his mistakes. Not once during this whole ridiculous process did he ever say anything like “I am SO SORRY for the inconvenience, I apologize for our errors, this is NOT how we typically serve our customers, PLEASE accept my apology and let me offer you ___ as a compensation for the trouble.” Extremely rude, worst customer service I've ever dealt with. He should be fired. Bottom line - take your business elsewhere.
