No Physical Location & No Inventory: I discovered that the company operates remotely and holds no inventory. Products are manufactured only after orders are placed, leading to significant delays. 2. First Order Was Wrong: The initial shipment was entirely incorrect. Instead of rectifying their mistake, the company pressured us to accept a discount on the wrong product. We had to insist on getting what we paid for. 3. Replacement Delays & Damage: The replacement took two additional months and arrived damaged, forcing us to refuse delivery. 4. Promised Refund Never Came: Despite being told we would receive a full refund, it never happened. Multiple calls led to excuses, and we were often told no one was available to help. 5. Had to Dispute via Credit Card: After getting nowhere, we filed a dispute through our credit card company to recover our funds. Final Verdict: Avoid this company at all costs.

Dishonest Practices and Poor Service

I want to reiterate the concerns regarding the abysmal customer service; they sent me the wrong product and then insisted on charging me for shipping and a 25 percent restocking fee for their error, claiming it was a courtesy. They also provided an incorrect order confirmation that was supposedly part of an ad, despite having an order number. I hope the relevant authorities investigate this company.

Misleading Shipping Information

I ordered mats that were supposed to ship within five to ten business days. However, on the 12th business day, they finally shipped. I decided to give them another chance with a different mat advertised as a “quick ship” item, but I was later informed it would still take 5-10 days to ship. The shipping claims are far from accurate—expect at least three weeks before your order is shipped.

Poor Customer Service Experience

The floormat I ordered did not meet the specifications, rendering it unusable. It was never used and remained in the original packaging. When I requested a refund, I received no assistance whatsoever. While the product itself is good, the lack of customer service skills is disappointing. The packaging also caused the mat to buckle. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Received a Folded Desk Chair Mat

While the price and delivery were satisfactory, I ordered a desk chair mat and it arrived tri-folded. It’s baffling that they would fold a large plastic mat that isn’t designed to be folded. I doubt it will lay flat. I certainly won’t be purchasing another one from this company.

Unresponsive Customer Service

The customer service is incredibly frustrating. Simple inquiries are met with condescension or ignored altogether. When I asked about shipping, I was told to wait. They even refused to provide an invoice for export purposes. Replies to emails seem to take two days. I still have no idea when my product will ship. I will not be dealing with them again and advise others not to either.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The service is rude, shipping is late, and customer service is non-existent. I called ahead to ensure I was ordering correctly, but later found out I hadn’t chosen the right quick ship option and was charged an additional $600. I was promised next-day shipping, but it took four days. We lost a contract due to this delay. If you care about your reputation, avoid this company!

If you’re thinking about purchasing from this company, heed the warnings. The floor mat I received was overpriced, and the quality was lacking. There’s also a 25% restocking fee, and return shipping costs fall on the buyer, which is hidden in fine print. When I inquired about a return, the customer service representative was extremely rude and condescending. This company is not worth your time.
