The floor mat quality is good, but the installation directions and customer service were virtually useless. Pieces to not interlock except in a specific placement, but markings on tiles were not sufficient to assemble without gaps (8' x 8' mat of 2' x 2' tiles). Called for support and customer service reps could not provide any information and production staff and supervisors were all at "meetings."
