I ordered a runner for my kitchen when it arrived. It was 3 inches shorter than the order. I called it to discuss with them. They stated that manufacturing variances change. It should’ve read the fine print.I called to discuss my concern all I received was a negative reply with no solution. Do not do business with these people.
