The floor mat is terrible quality - it's supposed to be an anti-fatigue mat, but it's rock hard. The foam layer has no give at all, and it's covered in a slippery, hard plastic top layer. It's hideous - nothing like the photo online. The underside has uneven edges, as if it was put together with scrap material or torn instead of cut to shape. To top it off - the mat has different dimensions than stated (off by 3/4") - meaning it won't fit where we wanted to place it. The company has no automated return process, so you have to contact someone to initiate a return, but they haven't responded to several emails, and their customer service phone line seems to be out of order. Their "live chat" prompts you to leave a message.
