Do NOT do business with these people! They call themselves "American Forces Travel" and they present themselves as a travel agency dedicated to supporting the brave men and women in the armed forces, however, my experience revealed a different side.Initially, I was drawn in by their claims of being military-friendly, which made me trust them with my travel plans. However, when my cruise was unexpectedly canceled by the cruise line, things took a turn for the worse. Instead of issuing a prompt refund, American Forces Travel made every effort to hold onto my money. Even when it was clear that the cancellation was not my fault, they were still trying to keep the funds and avoid responsibility.This was my first experience dealing with this company and it left me feeling deceived and frustrated. It seemed like a blatant attempt to take advantage of service members, rather than providing the support and assistance they claim to offer. Communication with their customer service was difficult as well; I felt like I was just going in circles trying to get my money back.I can't stress enough the importance of doing your research before trusting a company with your hard-earned money, especially one that markets itself as being for military personnel. This organization seems to prioritize profit over service, and I encourage you to think very carefully before handing over any funds!
