PayPal requesting me to take the matter up with this company , but they are uncontactable in my experience.Steer WELL clear of American Greetings.com. this company appears to be a scam .................OK . I now send heartfelt apologies to American Greetings.com . I followed up my rant on trustpilot with a scathing email to this company , more in hope than expectation , but have received exemplary help to resolve my issue , and a refund has been paid into my account .Again , I apologise to this company , and unreservedly recommend their customer service department for solving my issue with courtesy and professionalism .Veronica Wood.
