Our nightmare started in December 2023 when AHG scammed my husband and I out of nearly half of our retirement accounts! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
Jeff Krull, Cameron Johnson, Wally Hudson and Matt Markowicz advised us to buy coins and sold us coins charging premiums between 65- 96% on 2 separate occasions. Totally decimating the cash value or our IRAs!
I called them again in November 2025 to question why some coins had not been delivered to the our metals IRA's. At that time, I was told Wally was on leave of absence and given new account reps, Ian Digiulo and Anthony Magana who said I should rebalance my Gold to Silver ratio and he proceeded to executed a trade. I then consulted a financial advisor and our bank and realized they were trying to drain more money from my IRA. I then cancelled the trade and called them back to get a buy back quote for my metals. Anthony is refusing to give me a buy back quote till some time in January, and insists cannot cancel the trade and the metals have already been sent. This company is a complete scam and should be investigated by the Attorney Generals Office. I will be taking further action since they are deceptive and stealing from seniors, how pathetic! Shame on you American Hartford Gold!
