After I paid, they ceased all communication and ignored my calls. It's been four months of requesting my hard-earned money back, and they still refuse to answer my calls.

They promised comprehensive book publishing, marketing, and copyrights, but delivered nothing. They created my account under their name, meaning my earnings go to them. I can’t even access my sales data. They have essentially stolen my book and income. I was passed around to multiple representatives who made empty promises until they stopped responding altogether. This operation is a complete fraud. They take your money and lock you out of your own accounts. I lost $7,500 and my book rights. Don’t fall for this scam.

The representative I spoke with suggested that obtaining samples was an odd request and insisted that I pay $1,100 for a run of 10 books to see their work. He didn’t seem knowledgeable, and I would hesitate to trust them with my money for printing.
