I called several weeks ago. She stated she would call back that day and never did. She took all my information, name, address, house worth, balance owed, etc. if they didn’t want to give me reverse mortgage, the decent and professional thing is to call back and advised so I can go in a different direction. BTW, it took a couple of calls leaving messages for a call back. That should have been an indicator for me.
