It was a pleasure to work with David Hernandez. I really didn't know what to expect but Dave explained every step of the process to me and made the whole process go smoothly. I was extremely comfortable working with him. Any hiccups that we hit he resolved almost immdeiately. I can't say enough about his professionalism and integrity. Professional, knowledgeable, respectful, patient and caring. Also extremely communicative. I was always informed along the way. I also know after researching more than 15 companies and selecting American Senior that it was the best choice. Even before I signed to get loan from them they were helpful but not calling too many times like a few companies just to sell the loan. Marco Martinez with Assist from Kaylea Van Vliet were all you would ask for in someone helping you to get a loan so you could stay in your house of many years. They did their job and went way beyond in helping me while I was stressing in a family crises. They showed they are good people who truly care. They were truthful with no surprises.
