They automatically charged me MUCH MORE ( first invoice was 107.00 and the charge in 2024 was 178.00) than what I had initially paid in 2023 without letting me know. I did not receive notice of this charge prior, there is no info in my account online nor did I receive any invoice for this transaction- ever. I called customer service and was told she would refund the charge. A week later no refund so I called a second time and was told the refund was denied by management and nothing else could be done. NOTHING ELSE THEY CAN DO. I still have no invoice for this charge. Buyer Beware!
