I went on line to make an appointment for someone to come to my house with a quote. Eric came to my house and gave me a brochure and explained the specs and warranty in detail and to my satisfaction. Hewas very professional and knowledgeable and did notpressure me like the other company that I received aquote from did. He also said he would be the one to install the stairlift. He did a very good job in installing the stairlift.I would recommend American Stairlift because they were very easy to deal with. They had no hidden agendas which I liked very much.
