The service was excellent, with fast installation. The technician answered all my questions and demonstrated how to operate the stair lift. I spoke with the representative (Nicholas Meeks) over the phone many times and never had a problem. He always addressed all my questions.
I am a new customer of stairlifts, My experience can be sum up as 5 stars with American Stairlift. This started with a fast design, manufacturing of a complicate curved stairlift to a perfect install in only a few weeks. The staffs are friendly, the installer Eric is professional and helpful in explaining the chair operation ( Even know it is simple ).
Customer service was great they answered any questions we had. Very affordable and David Santos the installer was so patient and kind with me. I became comfortable using the lift in a few short minutes. I would highly recommend American Stairlifts Valerie Engesser
David arrived on time and immediately began his installation with the required material. He answered all my question and I was impressed by his company knowledge along with his mechanical skills. He was polite and very clean with the finished product. American Chairlift Company must be very proud to have an employee like David to represent you.
