My walk in tub needed a repair. The first appointment was made a week ago with the repairman to arrive between 10 and noon. Never showed. Never called. The call center was no help offering lame excuses. Tod, the repairman, was to be here today about 10 am. Showed up after 6. Did some caulking and left it a mess. A 2 year old could do a better job.
