WORST MOVE OF OUR LIFETIME (WE'RE in our 50's)! CONSUMER BEWARE. THEY ARE OVERPRICED AND due to their poor planning and logistics showed up with a truck too small. They did not own the error but said it would be two weeks and cost me an additional $3500 after we had already paid them $12k!! Noone was apologetic. Their system is broken and talking to the driver this has helped multiple times.
They damaged our furniture (tvs, lamps, dressers, desks, tables. They put things back together and stripped our furniture so now we may never get some things back apart. They hired ALL subcontracted help except the driver. The team that showed up at our new home through things everywhere and did not handle anything with TLC. NEVER HAVE WE EVER HAD SO MUCH BROKEN SCRATCHED DAMAGED goods. We were so DONE with the company in the end we didn't even want to file a claim... We just want to shout from the mountain tops how horrible they were on pickup and delivery. WE HAVE NEVER MOVED WITH THIS HORRIBLE OF A CREW. SUBCONTRACTED HELP IS NOT BACKGROUND CHECKED.
