Horrendous experience! I should have listened to the negative reviews, as the positive ones seem fake. The service quoted me $695 to transport my vehicle, and I signed a contract and paid a $200 deposit. A week later, I was told the price would be doubled. I refused, insisting on the original agreement. They couldn’t find a driver at the agreed rate, so I reluctantly accepted $1400. Just before pickup, they asked for an extra $200 for fuel, claiming it would go to the driver. When I questioned why I couldn't pay the driver directly, they insisted on this process. I foolishly paid the additional $200, totaling $400. Upon delivery, the driver demanded $1300 and said he never received my initial payment. To make matters worse, the service called me after the pickup, demanding another $200 for a 'brokerage fee,' which wasn’t included in our contract—I have it in writing that there would be no hidden fees. I refused and threatened legal action if they continued to pressure me. Ultimately, the shipping cost ended up being double what was quoted. I strongly advise against using this service. I'm now disputing the second $200 charge with my bank, as that payment clearly did not go towards my shipment.
