Awful experience! I should have heeded the negative reviews, as the positive ones seem fabricated. The service quoted me $695 to transport my vehicle, and I signed a contract and paid a $200 deposit. A week later, I was informed that the price would double. I refused, insisting on the original agreement. They failed to find a driver at the contracted rate, so I reluctantly agreed to $1400. Just before pickup, they requested an additional $200 for fuel, claiming it would be transferred to the driver. I questioned why I couldn't pay the driver directly, but they insisted. I foolishly paid the extra $200, totaling $400. When the driver delivered my car, he demanded $1300 and claimed he never received my initial payment. To make matters worse, the service called me post-pickup, demanding another $200 for a 'brokerage fee,' which was not part of our contract—I have it documented that there would be no hidden fees. I refused and threatened legal action if they continued to extort me. Overall, the cost of shipping my vehicle ended up being double what was quoted. I strongly advise against using this service. I'm now disputing the second $200 charge with my bank, as that payment clearly did not contribute to my shipment.
