I decided to try this service after being a loyal customer elsewhere. The initial exam was fine, but I faced issues with communication regarding store hours. I felt the staff were dismissive and unhelpful when I picked up my glasses. The overall experience was disappointing, and the quality of the glasses did not meet my expectations. I will return to my previous provider.
