I purchased new glasses and contacts, but the first issue was the doctor's recommendation to try two different contacts. After waiting a week and a half, I was informed that only one pair was ordered. When I went to pick up my glasses, which I chose to be a specific brand, I was surprised to receive a flimsy felt case instead of the usual hard case that comes with my other pairs. It also seemed like I received demo frames from the display, as there was a price sticker on one arm that they had to peel off. The glasses felt cheap, with loose and wobbly arms, leading me to question their authenticity. Additionally, they got my prescription wrong and are remaking them. After having the glasses for just a day, I've decided to return them and seek a refund, especially since they wanted an extra $200 for transition lenses, which is far more than I've ever paid. I won’t be returning to this service again.
