They talked me into loss mitigation making it seem like it would help me due to my loss of income. They said zi had to default for months in order to apply for program. It destroyed my credit and now my payment is $300.00 more than it was previously. Every agent says A different thing. Mailed payment 15 days ago and still haven't recieved the payment. I'm beyond frustrated with this servicer. My credit is trashed my mortgage is higher. It screwed us over royally. As soon as I can I'm getting away from these people. You can't believe anything they say and each agent says something different. Loss Mittagation will not help you don't fall for it.
