This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. I reached out 17 days ago about an incorrect mortgage statement and have yet to receive a response. This is completely unacceptable! I didn’t choose this bank; my mortgage was transferred to them without my approval. Last month, I was overcharged by $110, and this month the statement still reflects the same incorrect amount. Seventeen days without any communication demonstrates a total disregard for customers. If this is their approach to basic customer service and billing issues, I shudder to think how they handle more serious matters. I would advise steering clear of this company if possible. Truly the worst service I’ve ever experienced.
