When I requested clarification and underwriting documentation, EVP James LaHaise responded that they would “not be providing any additional information.” No explanation, no transparency, no accountability.I’ve filed a formal complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and California regulators, and I’ve notified HOTWORX Corporate (as I was the one who originally introduced Ameris through a franchise partnership).
