LaDonna Rodriguez at the Palmetto Branch in Palmetto Florida (941-981-6026) was beyond helpful. She canceled my old debit card and issued me a new one and got me approved for a new credit card all within 20 minutes ! Everyone at this bank is always super nice and helpful. I’ve banked here for 15 years and have always been happy with the service ! I highly recommend this bank !
