Two weeks post-delivery, I contacted the service regarding my return. I was advised to declare only a $5.00 value for shipping insurance since it was being sent to China. I had to pay for return shipping, and now, five months later, I am still waiting for confirmation of my return. I’ve been told nothing has been received, and the tracking shows my return is still on its way. Five months without a refund is frustrating. Just a heads up about the poor customer support.
