I purchased a pair of glasses, but they somehow sent me four pairs. When I complained, I was told to return them for a full refund. Although they claim to be an American company, the return address is in China. I returned the items and have not received my refund. Additionally, I noticed two unauthorized charges taken from my account. This is fraud, and I've reported it to the authorities. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS SERVICE.
