However, two weeks after receiving my order, I reached out to initiate a return, only to be informed that I needed to declare a $5.00 value for shipping insurance since it was going to China. I had to cover the return shipping, and now, five months later, I am still waiting for confirmation of my return. I’ve been told nothing has arrived, and the tracking indicates my return is still in transit. It's been five months without a refund. Just a warning about the poor customer service.
