I am really disappointed with the service. I made my order on the 20th of March and still waiting for the item. No tracking update from the carrier yet. As of today it’s 18 days. When I reach out to customer service, they said it will take up to 14 working days to give me a complete resolution. I have no good experience with them so far. For my initial urgent query about a cancellation of the order, they came back to me saying, it’s too late to accommodate the cancellation request. It wasn’t my fault. I requested the cancellation within a few minutes. But the company acted on the request after 2 days. As the reputed company, they must have a way for cancelling an order which made online. Anyway I forgot the cancellation request and waited for the item to be delivered as a gift to my son. Still waiting. One of my good friends recommended this company to me. I can’t recommend this company to anyone else. This waiting time for delivery is ridiculous and the waiting time to get a response from the customer service is unacceptable.
