My experience with this service has been incredibly frustrating! First, there’s no direct contact with a human representative; instead, you have to deal with automated responses. After navigating through the robots, you often end up speaking to people who are unhelpful and seem indifferent. If you never need to reach out to them, it might be manageable, but they are also incapable of handling billing correctly. After closing, they issued a check, which I used. Months passed without any communication, and suddenly I learned about a debt only because my mortgage company flagged it. It took numerous attempts over several days to finally get in touch with them. When I did, they provided an email address for disputing the charge, but I never received a response after reaching out. Now, they have sent the bill to collections due to their mistake, without offering any explanation or acknowledging my dispute request. I’ve never had debt issues before, and as I explained to them, I was a furloughed federal employee with no income at the time and am now retired, still waiting for my retirement check.
