They had my phone number but the name was wrong. I verified my details on their website and provided the information, only to be informed that they couldn't insure me, without any explanation. It feels like they are just collecting personal information.
My experience with this service has been incredibly frustrating! First, there’s no direct contact with a human representative; instead, you have to deal with automated responses. After navigating through the robots, you often end up speaking to people who are unhelpful and seem indifferent. If you never need to reach out to them, it might be manageable, but they are also incapable of handling billing correctly. After closing, they issued a check, which I used. Months passed without any communication, and suddenly I learned about a debt only because my mortgage company flagged it. It took numerous attempts over several days to finally get in touch with them. When I did, they provided an email address for disputing the charge, but I never received a response after reaching out. Now, they have sent the bill to collections due to their mistake, without offering any explanation or acknowledging my dispute request. I’ve never had debt issues before, and as I explained to them, I was a furloughed federal employee with no income at the time and am now retired, still waiting for my retirement check.
AVOID THIS SERVICE. My experience was extremely negative. They take your credit card information and charge the insurance premium all at once without any prior notice. Their website is consistently malfunctioning, and I wasted 4 hours trying to obtain a 6-digit code. They also hang up on you. I can't emphasize enough how disorganized they are. I've spent countless hours on the phone contacting various representatives seeking assistance. I used to appreciate them, but after needing help several years ago, it has turned into a nightmare. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
The representative was exceptionally patient with my spouse and me, answering all our questions and responding quickly as our previous insurance policies were about to expire. We managed to save $40 by consolidating our policies while keeping the same coverage, all with one provider.
In the beginning, my experience with the company was excellent. However, in recent years, we have been taken advantage of regarding our rates. We seldom use our policy, yet rates have surged dramatically. We called to cancel, and they indicated they would cancel, but instead tried to persuade us to stay with an agent. It seems we will incur another month of premiums after believing we had canceled.
The representative who sold me my car insurance was wonderful and the main reason I chose to go with the company. She provided a fantastic rate that I couldn't resist. Please convey my appreciation to her, as she made my experience much less stressful. Best wishes to everyone.
Change of agent without prior notice. I feel the new agent isn't a suitable match. I'm not fond of his attitude or apparent lack of concern. An error occurred regarding my property insurance payment with no explanation provided. My agent initially seemed unaware of the situation and implied that payments had not been made. I was quite frustrated.
