I tried to have a content insurance with them and have never dealt with such annoying customer service..I spent 30 minutes answering the same questions again and again . Four times told the guy that I have 2 bedrooms in an apartment only to be asked again at least three times if I have a spa! Or a shed! If AMI chooses their employees according to their stupidity…They did well🥹After a lengthy conversation which I got nowhere, I hung up and sorted my insurance on line with AMP, simple fast and cheaper.Avoid AMI.
