I accepted their house insurance quote and paid the annual premium.The insurance would have been effective from 6 December 2025.By 8 December I had NOT received any form of confirmation or policy document.I tried to call their 800 number (press 1 for this, 2 for that, 3 for something else, seemingly with no end to this impersonal nonsense) but gave up after listening for half an hour to music and their annoying pre-recorded messages. Is anybody actually working at their office, or are they dealing with robots only?All I wanted to know is: Am I covered and when can I expect the policy documents?A VERY BAD START – VERY POOR SERVICE
