I accidentally ran over my wifes hand bag, damaged $700 pair sunglasses, her reading glasses and her iphone. I submitted the claim at 12:30 on Thursday, at 1:30pm I received a call from a customer service agent, she had the $1200 direct credit into bank and at 4:30pm we had Noel Leeming call to say the new phone was available for collection.
