Bought an Amica Dishwasher just over a month ago now and have run it less than a dozen times (as only use it for full loads when entertaining).Start button playing up already (only works intermittently).Contacted Amica and nearly a week later still no confirmation of when to expect an engineer visit to rectify the fault.Getting nowhere with their Customer Services (made to jump through hoops to prove purchase, despite having sent a PDF copy of the invoice and a copy of the original ''bill of sale'' email from AO) so called AO Customer Services directly. They called Amica on my behalf (and sat in on the call) where I was told by their representative that ''I should hear something by next Tuesday (today being a Friday) as their repair contractors don't work weekends'' and offered me a measly ''£30 for the inconvenience''.I declined their offer and requested a full refund (under my statutory rights!) instead, whilst upgrading to a Samsung (which I should have bought in the first place!) via AO who not only required the payment of the difference of £100 AND knocked off a further £20 for the inconvenience I had suffered at the hands of Amica, but will be delivering my new appliance and picking up the old one TOMORROW! (Now that's what I call ''customer service''!!) (I just hope that the Amica double oven I purchased at the same time doesn't now start to cause me problems!?!)
