After speaking with two representatives and a supervisor, I was told it would take 7 to 10 business days. I heard the same thing about a deposit two weeks ago, and now there’s no record of that conversation. Thankfully, I’m not reliant on the refund, but what if I were? It’s astonishing how quickly they take your money and how slowly they return it.
