This service has highly dishonest billing practices. I noticed my bills were rising ($160 to $180). To check if I was overconsuming, I left the house for a month and turned off all appliances, including the AC, TV, and Refrigerator. The bill for that month, when the house was completely empty, was a shocking $250. This is entirely unacceptable and indicates they might be using inflated estimates or have faulty metering. Customer support was ineffective and provided no solutions. I recommend avoiding this service at all costs. I have also filed a complaint with the relevant authority.
