I am incredibly disappointed. Initially, I was told my application would be ready in 15 days, but now it’s been 19 months without any results. When I requested a refund, they said I'd have to wait three years, which they never mentioned before. I visited their office only to find it closed, and many others were also looking for them. I demand my money back!
