Ordered a watch on 7 to 10 day delivery, which is fine. I got in touch on the 8th day as it was still showing as not dispatched. I got a terse reply at first, followed by another from someone else, blaming Longines in Switzerland for the delay. I asked if they had an idea when I could expect it but I got no reply. A week later, I got an email from UPS saying they had my watch. I just feel the customer care wasn't there and if I hadn't chased them, I'd never been told why there was a delay. Their products are an investment and I feel that their customer care should reflect that more. I'm in the middle as to whether I would use them again.
