They had a Black Friday sale, and I managed to get a watch at a fantastic price. The card payment went through, but just three days later, they canceled the transaction, claiming the watch was no longer available. I would have been more understanding, but this is the second time I've encountered this issue. I won’t try to purchase from this company again. The manager offered alternatives that didn’t match my needs. They apologized and promised a refund... I hope they follow through. I adjusted my rating because they acknowledged their mistake, apologized, and processed my refund quickly, showing it was a sincere error.

The representative offered me a generous discount, and I arranged financing to complete my purchase online the next day. The watch arrived securely packaged the following morning. Going above and beyond for customer satisfaction, the representative informed me about an upcoming price reduction for their sale. Even though I had already placed my order, they revised my finance agreement to secure a significant discount for me. Their commitment to exceptional service is truly commendable. This retailer has become my go-to for watches.
