I took advantage of their Black Friday sale and purchased a watch at a great price. They accepted my card payment, but three days later, the transaction was cancelled due to the watch being unavailable. This isn’t the first time this has happened, so I won’t be trying to buy from this company again. Although the manager offered other options, they didn’t meet my needs. They did apologize and promised a refund... I hope that happens. I revised my score because they acknowledged their error, apologized, and processed my refund quickly, indicating it was a genuine mistake.
